Windows 8 How to enable delete-file-prompt in WinExplorer?

Currently when I delete a file in WinExplorer then no confirmation appears.

How can I tell Win8 to show a confirmation prompt?

Solution
The option I believe is under your Recycle Bin settings, and is per drive.

Go to Recycle Bin properties, select the drive you wish to change the notification for, then check the "Display delete confirmation" option.
