Windows 7 How to hide some users in the logon screen and add a textbox for logon?

You can hide users from HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Winlogon\SpecialAccounts\UserList

But I am not able to login that account again.

I know you can set dontdisplaylastusername to show two textboxes for login, but I would like to show SOME of the other users in a list, and I can type in username for the others in addition.

So that on the logon screen, I will have "UserA", "UserB", "UserC", and maybe one more "Other Accounts..." that will prompt for a username and password.

Help!

Some additional information:

I want to show Administrator account in safe mode only, just like in XP.
After a few trails, I think this is not quite possible, so I am trying to find an alternative, that is like this.

Previously on XP, you can press Ctrl+Alt+Del 2 times to show the traditional logon box, but it is disabled in Windows 7, so I wonder how can I logon those hidden users, like Administrator, without showing it on the list in normal mode.
