How to make bootable usb drive for Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro that won't boot

If you have the Windows ISO file you can either use a tool like rufus or even create it manually Manually create bootable Windows install USB

Hi, I am a new member in the group,

I think you can also use DOS to do it
(windows+r/cmd/Diskpart...)
