Windows 7 How to open/expand WinExp with special dir? WinExp Adjustments?

In WinXP I created a shortcut to WinExplorer with the following parameters:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n,/e,D:\tmp

When I do this in Win7 then the dir is opened on the right side of WinExplorer but on the left side
the directory tree remains unexpanded.

How can I tell WinExplorer to automatically expand the tree on the left side and show particulary
drive D:\ expanded ?

Is there a way to hig the entries "Favorites","libraries" and "Home Net" on the left side of WinExplorer?
