How to read off administrator password?

    Hello i got one little problem :p. When i was having a administrator permission on Xp i could read the password when i was logged in with program ( i was using Elcomsoft Proactive System Password Recovery ). Now im using Windows 7 and i got administrator permission but only my dad know password. Is there any chance i can read off this password?
    Help me please!

    Technically, it's against the rules for us to post that here
    If you need administrator rights to install programs or games, ask your dad to lo on to his account so you can install the applications.

    I have just started a discussion thread on using help for enquirers who have lost their passwords. If there is a rule about it, the discussion is obviously redundant! Could you npoint me to the rule so that I may post it up in the thread?
