Does anybody know how to replace notepad in Win7? I want to use a different notepad.

Solution
The easiest way is to Right Click a file and choose open with, then check the box at the bottom and then choose the new program.

You will need to do it for each file type that program supports though.
This is still the easiest way, unless, you are using a program that will set itself as the default app for those file types.

Notepad++ I think will do this through it's options dialog, but am not sure at this time.
