Windows 7 I am having problems getting back my windows 7 default icons

So I Download this icon changer called icon packager. I just wanted to test it out. Once I wanted to set my windows 7 icons back to default I couldn't for some odd reason. even though i went to the theme that said windows default and applied it. It was the windows vista icons. I am running windows 7. Any help will greatly be appreciated. I will post an image soon.
