Everytime I open Xilisoft Video Converter Ultimate it gets the blue screen crash dump (minidump). I even upgraded my graphic card from NVIDIA GeForce 220 to NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800. It didn't help.

Please can somebody tell me what's wrong? :( I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 and everything works fine. (Computer 12 GB RAM, 3 TB Harddrive)

    Thank you.

    Hello and welcom.

Your issue is RTSTOR64.SYS. It's ancient:

    Code:
    6: kd> lmvm rtstor64
    start end module name
    fffff880`0614c000 fffff880`06160000 RTSTOR64 T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: RTSTOR64.SYS
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\drivers\RTSTOR64.SYS
        Image name: RTSTOR64.SYS

So update your Realtek card reader drivers from here:

    Realtek

    -----------

You'll also want to visit your motherboard website at the manufacturer and install the latest Intel Matrix or storage driver package:

    iaStor iaStor.sys Sun Jul 20 20:29:34 2008

    -------------

And install from my link here to update this J-Micron Raid driver:

    jraid jraid.sys Mon Nov 03 21:20:09 2008

    ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/SATA_Controller/Windows/JMB36X_WinDrv_R1.17.59_WHQL.zip

    -----------

And your Realtek lan driver definitely needs an update too:

    Rt64win7 Rt64win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:30 2009

    RTL8111

    ------------

You also need to uninstall LogMeIn as it is no good on Windows 7.

    ------------

    Video card update:

    nvlddmkm nvlddmkm.sys Fri Jul 09 17:15:58 2010

    NVIDIA

    Enjoy.
