Hello every one,
I have installed Google Earth Pro on my PC, but the problem is I can't see the earth, and even I have tried repair tool, it doesn't work.
In addition of that, when I close the program I can't open it again.
I don't know if the issue because of the graphic card capacity or another reason.
I have a Toshiba pc with intel core i5, ram 8 gb.
Thank you

Solution
  1. pen Google Earth Pro.
  2. At the top, in the drop-down menu, click Help

    Launch Repair Tool.
    • If you're asked which product to repair, choose Google Earth Pro.
  3. Leave the Repair Tool open but close Google Earth Pro.
  4. Choose how you want to fix Google Earth Pro:

    • (Windows only) Switch between OpenGL and DirectX: Google Earth Pro is drawn with one of two programming tools: DirectX or OpenGL. To fix graphics issues, switch between the two and see if one works better for your system.

Thank you brother for your answer, but I have already tied this option, but a message pops up : Google Earth is currently running please close the application and try again.
I have joined a screen shoot for more explanation.
Thank you
