Windows 7 IE8 Problem

I use Windows 7 build 7000. I have problem accesing WindowsUpdate Site. An error occurs. Error number is 0x8007007E. I tried to register dll- Libraries but still doesn't work. Sombody knows what's the reason? Thnks for help
