Windows 7 IE8 Tab problem

check this i use my third button (the scroll wheel click) to open up new links in a new tab all the time when i try to open a new tab it opens the tab but it doesnt load the url and comes up blank like every 2-4 times i open a new tab it will load up and everything properly, and now i cant even load a picture of what im talking about because the manage attachments popup doesnt load anything its just a blank screen. i tried rebooting to no avail

it just stopped working about 5 minutes ago ive been using IE8 for a bit now and never had this problem before.
