Windows 7 IE8 Tab problem

Opening New Tabs Issue:​

1. Clear Cache and Cookies:
   • Go to the Tools menu (gear icon) and select "Internet Options."
   • Under the General tab, in the Browsing history section, click on "Delete...".
   • Check "Temporary Internet files" and "Cookies" and then click on "Delete".

     Issue with Manage Attachments Popup:​

   []Compatibility View:
   • Make sure that the website you are using is not listed in the Compatibility View settings.
   []Pop-up Blocker:
   • Check if the Pop-up Blocker is causing the manage attachments popup to be blocked.
2. Security Zone Settings:
   • Verify that the website is in the correct security zone. Sometimes, changing security zone settings may affect pop-ups.
