Windows 7 Intermittent BSOD

[fizbin]

It appears since the last MS updates came out this past week, that I started getting the BSOD upon bootup and halfway through the windows splash screen. If I let the puter uninstall the updates to the last well point, things work better. Usually multiple boots will all be ok. Once eset installs the new updates again, things go bad, until they are uninstalled.

I bought and installed 4 new ram sticks, no change... and have a new HD waiting in the wings to do a complete reinstall of ALL my software. I really don't want to have to do this.

Is there a "fix all now and be happy button" i can push to fix this, if not, i have included the dmp file here and have run the mem check and chkdsk utilities.
