Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23536 is now available for Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel. Here's a breakdown of the key fixes and updates featured in this release:
Fixes:
Windows Copilot:
- Resolved an issue where the Windows Copilot icon in the taskbar appeared flipped in right-to-left language settings.
Taskbar Enhancements:
- Fixed an explorer.exe crash issue affecting the correct appearance of the taskbar after device boot-up.
- Addressed a problem where apps in the taskbar appeared cut off without rounded corners when many app windows were open and the taskbar was set to not combine.
Live Captions:
- Rectified an issue causing live captions to display the same line of text twice intermittently.
Input Improvements:
- Fixed a common ctfmon.exe crash that impacted typing functionalities in recent flights.
- Enhanced the performance of opening Settings for Insiders utilizing the new Home page.
