I am trying to forward ports to use FSHost! However I cannot get my TCP/IPv4 IP adress changed! It allows me to change it but once I connect it resets it to "optain ip address automatically"! I am using a Hauwei EC226 USB 3G Modem and Windows 7 Home Premium!

Any Help would be much appreciated!

I assume you are talking about the public IP address assigned by your ISP. This will be allocated by the DHCP server on your ISP and you are unlikely to be able to override it. The shortage of IPv4 addresses means that they are leased only for the time you are logged on - each time you connect it is subject to change.
