I keep getting this error and I have no idea what is going on. I need serious help because it is happening more and more, but this is the only one I could get a clear glimpse of the name. Attached is the critical error details I got but there are many more like it. I seriously need help

You need to run the tool in the zip and then zip the data the tool collects and upload that.


OR

At the least navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip all the .dmp files and upload them.

sorry I was out this morning for a few hours. I've merged your threads as it causes confusion.

Your best bet is simply follow the instructions found in this thread:
How to ask for help with a BSOD problem

If no dump files can be found then again read the above thread as it will tell how to configure your settings so that they will be produced.

As soon as you have some dump files zip em up and post.
