Windows 7 IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Only 117 Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 130-140 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

2 problem devices:
Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4318&SUBSYS_100F1043&REV_02\4&2B4059EA&0&38A4 This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use.

AODDriver4.2 ROOT\LEGACY_AODDRIVER4.2\0000 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
Uninstall the drivers/software for the wireless Broadcom device - then install a fresh set of Win7 compatible drivers and see if the device is able to function.

As for the AODDriver4.2, please do this:
AMD OverDrive (AODDriver2.sys) is either a stand-alone application, or a component of the AMD VISION Engine Control Center. This driver is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems.
Please un-install all AMD/ATI video stuff from Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program
Then, download (but DO NOT install) a fresh copy of the ATI drivers from Global Provider of Innovative Graphics, Processors and Media Solutions | AMD (in the upper right corner of the page)
Use this procedure to install the DRIVER ONLY: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure

If the device (AODDriver or AODDriver4.01) remains a problem, open Device Manager, select the "View" item.
Then select "Show hidden devices" and scroll down to the Non-Plug and Play Drivers section.
Locate the AODDriver entry, right click on it and select "Un-install". Reboot for changes to take affect.
Sometimes the driver remains and continues to cause BSOD's. If this is the case for you, post back and we'll give further instructions for safely removing it.

If overclocking, please stop. Remove the overclock and return the system to stock/standard values while we're troubleshooting. Once the system is stable again, feel free to resume the overclocking.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

Seeing as how I didn't use the Wireless Receiver, I simply removed it from my machine. Can I remove the driver without the receiver plugged in?
I uninstalled all AMD/ATI stuff and reinstalled just the driver with your instructions. I also updated the Logitech Setpoint software with new drivers. I will reply again if another BSOD happens.

Sidenote: How would I know if my chipset drivers need to be reinstalled after uninstalling all the AMD/ATI stuff?

You can uninstall the wireless receiver's programs from Control Panel...Programs and Features...Uninstall a program.

If your chipset drivers are a problem, you'll see errors in Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
Alternatively, you can run MSINFO32.exe and check the Components...Problem Devices category

Just FYI - your chipset is: AMD® 770 and SB710 Chipset
Downloads are available here: AMD Chipset Drivers
It won't hurt if you update them, but hold off until we see if the BSOD's recur.

I thought the problem was solved, but I have had 3 BSOD in quite quick succession. The first was last night a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x000000d1. I shut the pc down for the night, then when I turned it on it had another with PFN_LIST_CORRUPT 0x0000004e, and after it rebooted from that a KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0000001e. The only thing they had in common was I was browsing the internet in Chrome at the time. I have attached all the files again.

View attachment W7F_paralydsedbeaver 2.zip

Out of 6 memory dumps there were 5 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

Have you removed the AMD Overdrive as I suggested in my previous post? If not, please do so. If you have, then please try these additional steps:
If AODDriver2.sys is still present and the software/device isn't present and the driver isn't needed - then please do this (thanks to jcgriff2):
Bring up elevated Admin cmd prompt -
START | type cmd.exe | RIGHT-click on cmd.exe | "Run as Administrator" | type/ paste the following -
Code:
where /r c:\ /f /t AODDrive*.* > 0 & start notepad 0
It may take a few minutes.

A Notepad will open wth the results. That will state the location of all OverDrive drivers.
Please post the results in your next post.

Then:
- create a System Restore point.
- create a System Repair disc and ensure that it works. To do this, go to Start...All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc
- un-install all ATI video stuff using Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program (this may make the next 3 steps unnecessary - if so, just continue on).

- check in services.msc to see if there is an AOD service. If there is, set it to "Disabled" for the startup type.
- then disable any startups that name AODDriver2.sys using Autoruns (free from here: Autoruns for Windows )
- rename AODDriver2.sys to AODDriver2.BAD (it's probably in C:\Windows\System32\drivers)
----------01 June 2012 - Owner found AOD in C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64

- reboot and see if that fixes the problem(s). Check in C:\Windows\System32\drivers (or the other folder) to be sure that it stays renamed.
- install fresh video drivers using the procedure here: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure
DO NOT install the full Catalyst Control Center package!!!

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

     57472 09/04/2012 09:13:58 "c:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\aoddriver2.sys"

I did all the stuff that you quoted. I followed the guide the last time on installing the video drivers only. There is no AMD or ATI stuff in my Uninstall Programs panel, yet I have the control center.

I uninstalled all the Logitech software. The mouse (Logitech MX™518) is now just running on the drivers that appear when it's plugged in. But the 3 Logitech drivers you quoted are still floating around in the system32/drivers folder.

The Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter - Dell Wireless 1390 WLAN Mini-Card is now working properly. I removed it from the system after your last reply as it was giving me a code 12 (not enough resources). I reinstalled it in the hopes I could uninstall the driver, but nothing appears in the Uninstall Programs panel for it, and it seems to be working fine.

Now do this to ensure you can safely get rid of the problem AODDriver2.sys driver:
- create a System Restore point.
- create a System Repair disc and ensure that it works. To do this, go to Start...All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc
- un-install all ATI video stuff using Control Panel...Programs...Un-install a program (this may make the next 3 steps unnecessary - if so, just continue on).

- check in services.msc to see if there is an AOD service. If there is, set it to "Disabled" for the startup type.
- then disable any startups that name AODDriver2.sys using Autoruns (free from here: Autoruns for Windows )
- rename AODDriver2.sys to AODDriver2.BAD (it's in: c:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\aoddriver2.sys )

- reboot and see if that fixes the problem(s). Check in C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fule\amd64 to be sure that it stays renamed.
- install fresh video drivers using the procedure here: ATI video cards - DRIVER ONLY installation procedure
DO NOT install the full Catalyst Control Center package!!!

If the system is unable to boot, boot from the System Repair Disc to the Command Prompt option.
- Rename AODDriver2.BAD to AODDriver2.sys
Code:
ren c:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\aoddriver2.BAD c:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Fuel\amd64\aoddriver2.sys
- Then reboot from the System Repair Disc again - this time into the System Restore option.
Reset the system to the System Restore point that you set previously.

System restore point created. System Repair disc created. No ATI or AMD stuff in Un-install a program menu. No AOD services in services.msc. Two entries found using Autoruns using AODDriver2.sys (AODDriver4.1 and AODDriver4.2). Both disabled. AODDriver.sys renamed to AODDriver.BAD. System rebooted fine.

Should I reinstall the fresh video drivers if I had already followed that advice from your first post?

Leave well enough alone for now.
The primary concern is that the AODDriver2.sys file isn't loading.

Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings

Please run the free video tests at this link: Additional Hardware Diagnostics

Please update your wireless drivers also.

To add on:

Noticing you have several dumps pointing to svchost.exe:

Svchost.exe manages your services - whichever service needs to access a server/internet, svchost controls that.
Try this:
in start menu's search bar - search "msconfig".
Under the "startup" tab - uncheck ALL of the services (except any that are crucial - examples of crucial ones: antivirus, firewall///examples of unnecessary ones: Adobe Update, Google Update)
Restart computer and see if the problem still repeats

A few others point to Chrome:
Most obvious - reinstalling chrome.
If you use a modem, reset it:
--- Few ways to do this:
--------First one:
Find a button on the back of the modem, press it down for 10 seconds.
--------Second one:
Go to Internet Explorer (or Chrome, Firefox, whatever) and type in on the address bar - "192.168.2.1" (this is the default home IP for many computers [in my experience anyway], not sure about yours but give it a shot). There you should be able to see an interface with various options. Search for a button/link named "Reset Network Router" or "Reset <modem, internet, something along those lines>". Click it, wait, and retest.

It hasn't exactly BSOD'ed yet, but it keeps crashing. Usually the screen would go like this: http://i.imgur.com/NDL3hA5.jpg (the colours underneath are just what was on the screen at the time of the crash) and then proceed to the BSOD screen. Now it just freezes on that screen and doesn't do anything.

The blue screens have become less frequent. I uninstalled everything AMD/ATI with the help of Revo uninstaller, and then cleaned it up in safe mode with driver sweeper. The next one that occurs, I will run the diagnostic tool again.

Just FYI- I will be traveling tomorrow, so I probably won't be able to answer until Friday.

Please un-install MSI Afterburner. If unable to locate it, then un-install MSI Live Update 5. The NTIOLib_X64.sys driver is known to cause BSOD's in some Windows systems.

Please update this older driver to the latest Win8 compatible version. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

BugCheck Info: [url=http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000018]REFERENCE_BY_POINTER (18)[/url]
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, Object type of the object whose reference count is being lowered
Arg2: fffffa8003fa2e90, Object whose reference count is being lowered
Arg3: 0000000000000002, Reserved
Arg4: ffffffffffffffff, Reserved
The reference count of an object is illegal for the current state of the object.
Each time a driver uses a pointer to an object the driver calls a kernel routine
to increment the reference count of the object. When the driver is done with the
pointer the driver calls another kernel routine to decrement the reference count.
Drivers must match calls to the increment and decrement routines. This bugcheck
can occur because an object's reference count goes to zero while there are still
open handles to the object, in which case the fourth parameter indicates the number
of opened handles. It may also occur when the object?s reference count drops below zero
whether or not there are open handles to the object, and in that case the fourth parameter
contains the actual value of the pointer references count.

I can't find an updated driver for the Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter - Dell Wireless 1390 WLAN Mini-Card. It's also not in uninstall a program, so I can't remove it from there. Since I don't use the wireless, could I simply remove the card from my system and then delete that driver?
