I cannot possibly be the only person going through this and even if I am they should investigate to help prevent it happening to others.I am not sure how much insulting helps but it is amusing when I have to hear it say choose option blah blah or blah and I say "I refuse, please contact a human being, I cannot understand you".</blockquote>
