Let me guess, you upgraded from Vista without doing a clean install. You can try searching on the internet for a better network driver but you may have to resort to a clean install of Win7.
Reinstall the (latest for your hardware 7 compatible) network driver and reconfigure your connections. You can also try it under a new admin account, Control Panel > User Accounts.
