Just got mine today via UPS and installed without a hitch. I migrated from RC to Home Premium upgrade and by that I mean no OS at all just the upgrade that usually requires Vista. Yes you can do it and the how to link isLink Removed due to 404 Error . Finally. Now I just have to re-install all of my stuff. Ugh!
