No I'am not hosting it but the one I attend. We have 40-45 people who come and we use the town hall. but we can only go upto 100 people. Why is that? the reason is not enough room. but I thought about it. Is it better to set up tables in long rows accross the hall like big lan parties for example Quakecon and DreamHack or like what we do now, make 4 square clusters with tables for gamers an a table in the middle for the power cables and networking switches?
