hello everyone, what would be the best way to clean a laptop fan? using a compressed air or dismantling the cover and everything? any input on this matter is greatly appreciated.

Compressed air usually works fine, however it's advisable that you turn your PC off and allow sufficient time for the heatsink to cool prior to blasting it with the cold gas. Also, ensure the can stays upright or risk having liquid be blown into your heatsink.

Welcome to the forums, btw :)
