Windows 7 'Limited access' on every wireless connection after antivirus installation

Hi everyone.

Well, the title says it all. After installing the 'Panda 2011' antivirus, it's impossible to connect to any wireless connection. It always says 'limited access', even though the signal is at full strength.

The antivirus had been fully removed, but the problem persisted, so I even removed any trace left of it in the registry.
I even installed the latest NIC driver just to be sure, but it still isn't working.

There are a lot of topics on here with the same 'limited access' problem, but none of them helped.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Other than the rest of the similar solutions on this forum?

Many times these types of security suites require that you find, download and run the vendor specific proprietary removal tool inorder to remove all remaining remnants of the program.
Check this link here.
There's a removal tool, a recommendation regarding a potential remnant in the registry as well as a video.
This also pertains to any such security suite that you may have had prior to the installation of Panda, you may need to check with that vendor as well to see if there is anything leftover from that product.
