Can I get a list of commands I can use in a command prompt, please?
Microsoft Corporation MS-DOS help and commands My favorite: Let me google that for you
you want the best of best WinCmdRef.chm. I install and then copy the .chm somewhere and uninstall Download details: Windows Command Reference
Holy ****. How did you do that let me google that for you? I would LOVE to use that on some of the other forums I go to.
lol, here: Let me google that for you Just type in a search string, click "Google Search", then click on "Tiny URL" and a tiny URL will be created for you to copy and paste wherever you want.
Neat! I went to the "My Favorite" listing and sure nuff, there was the entire DOS command list. However, what was not really specified is that many of those commands can only be used within a DOS batch file. Someone who knows nothing about writing batch files, could go crazy trying to get some of those commands to work at the command prompt. Just a thought......
