Windows Vista Loaded Window 7 and now computer will not even turn on

Did have Vista on my computer and then loaded Windows 7 but now the computer will not do anything at all. Will not even allow me to log into the computer, it says thta user profile service failed logon - User profile cannot be loaded.

Please can someone help me!! I need to go into my computer and use it - the computer is only a few months old.
