Windows 7 Locked drive C

Hi all there,
due to some circumstances I locked myself out of my c: drive. Actually the drive have two partitions c for the system and D for data. I locked myself on both out as a administrator. I tried several ways which were described in former posts but nothing worked. Isn`t there any other solution. In the security tab i cannot change the ownership, so that i am not able to change any settings.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try this: Rightclick on cmd prmpt and run as admin. Then type:

net user administrator /active:yes

If successful, log out and you should see the admin account when you log back in.
