Windows 7 Logitech Anywhere Mx Mouse

I use a Logitech Anywhere Mx mouse with my Win 7 installation. This worked as expected with Win 8 DP as well with one minor exception. I could not install the Logitech Setpoint software. Since the mouse works appropriately with out the Setpoint SW, I do not miss it.
