Windows 7 Logitech Webcam

I bought a top of the line webcam C920 Logitech Webcam and I get the blue screen of death 3 times and I also got it on my other computers a year or two ago with a logitech webcam and even blow one of my computers up with one. However they are the best webcam. HP has background noise, Microsoft doens't even have a manual or tech support in my option so Logitech gets great sound. I'm going to go and buy the C920 again and this time I'll even re-install my OS if I have to but after talking with tech support from Logitech. Any suggestion?
