Windows 7 Lost color selection and window preveiw

I don't know what I did, but I must have changed some settings because I no longer can see the window previews from the toolbar and when I try to change the color scheme, I get the Windows 98 version of color selection. When I hover over icons of open programs on toolbars, I only get text, no picture. When I go to the personalization windows and try to change the Window color, I get the color picker from Win 98. I used to get the window that Vista had with the hue slider and everything. I'm not running the system in safe mode and nothing else is having problems.


Please tell me how I can change these back to the way they were.
