Windows 7 Lot of time blue screen

Hello!

i have lot of time blue screen. i have HP 635 laptop, i go to HP service when HP support change my mainboard, when i start the windows every 5 minute got blue screen. Check my RAM and memtest86 write 50 craches i bought new RAM modul and change. Now more better the situation because about every 30 minute got blue screen.

i uploaded 2 files. How to fix the problem thanks the help.
