It happens mostly when I'm using Acad MEP2012 and or outlook a long with internet explorer. The driver causes it the most is ntoskrnl.exe , but I also get Ntfs.sys , CI.dll , tcpip.sys.
I've Done the mem89 test and it passed I've tried lots of people advice and still it happens.
please help. attached are my minidumps. I've seen a lot of talk about overclocking, my AutoCad takes up a lot of RAM, but I don't know if this is the issue

I have Windows 7 Pro SP1

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q8300 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00GB
64bit.
