Windows 7 Meaning of this error: Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed

Hi all,

I am trying to connect my xbox 360 to windows media centre (windows 7) and keep getting a configuration error.

After I checked the event logs I kept on getting this:
