For several years now, research has focused on computer storage capacity and processor speed.

Chips have become smaller and cheaper and each generation holds more and more data.

Thanks to nano technology, researchers have managed to massively increase the data storage capability of memory chips, by using a new technique known as “atomic layer deposition”.
