Windows 7 memory crash all the b time

I get a memory crash ox000061a
the memory manager program does not find any problem
reg scan does not find any problem
disk fix does not fing any problem
device manager does not show any problem
action center does not show any problem
yet I have a problem
please can anyone assist with a suggestion to stop this B fault
