    I keeps crashing quiet frequently. I attached the files I'm supposed to, I think.

    Just FYI - you can make it easier on yourself (and us) if you do this prior to uploading:

    The uploads are missing the MSINFO32.nfo report and the EventSys.txt report. Please regenerate them, zip them up, and then upload them with your next post.

    Only have 106 updates after SP1 - most systems have 130/140 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates.

    This is one of those memory dumps that are most likely related to a 3rd party driver - but there's a significant chance that it could be a hardware problem.

    As such, please run Driver Verifier (if the BSOD's don't stop) according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
    Then, as time permits, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics
