Microsoft Internet Explorer 11

Microsoft has released Release Candidate 1 (RC1) of the Internet Explorer 8 browser. It is available for download for Windows XP, as well as Vista 32-bit and Vista 64-bit. Detailed installation/uninstallation information for IE8 can be found here. Note that the release date for the final version has not yet been announced.

Announcment: Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) Final To Launch:

It has been silently been announced that the Final Build of IE9 will be available as of Monday 14th March 2010.

IE9 will be available for download from Microsoft's servers beginning at 9 a.m. PT Monday, said Dean Hachamovitch, the head of IE's engineering, in a blog post today. At some point after the "release to the Web" (or RTW) of March 14, Microsoft will start offering the new browser to Windows Vista and Windows 7 users. As Previously been announced throughout its development IE9 WILL NOT be available to users of Windows XP or earlier Versions of Windows. Internet explorer 9 (IE9) is only for users of Windows Vista and Windows 7. Some of the features of IE9 Will only be available to users of Windows 7.

It is strongly reccomended that all users of Windows Vista and 7 Upgrade to this latest version of the Internet Explorer Browser, to keep their computers secure, and to be safe on the Internet.

Microsoft released a public beta of IE9 last September, and followed that with a "release candidate," (RC) a month ago.

Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) Final is now Live on the Microsoft Website!

The final Version of IE9 isn't much different from the RC build. Only a few minor tweaks but mainly unchanged so far.

I still have IE8 on my Windows 7. Well actually I don't have that because I have successfully uninstalled Internet Explorer by deleting the program file on C drive. Though I have never installed IE9 as it is horrible,it slows down Windows, and IE10 is no better.

So the answer to the question will I install IE9 is- Never. The answer to if or not I will install IE10 is-No Way. So if anyone asks me to install IE11. The answer to that is-No you must be joking.

The only thing that impresses me about IE 11 is much better HTML5 support, you know something that other better browsers like Chrome or firefox have supported for eons now.
IE is such a joke anymore.

The individual download for Internet Explorer 11 may or may not be available depending on your Windows version. Users of Windows 8 will want to take advantage of the free Windows 8.1 upgrade from the Windows Store in order to upgrade to Internet Explorer 11.
