are you having similar problems with any other file formats?
Try opening an Excel spreadsheet, a PDF document, a music file. Are any of those formats reporting issues with opening?

Everything is working properly except that file. I have added file in my 4shared account, if it helps.
Documetn contains tables, diagrams made with excell, equation, MS equation 3.0, and text. So i dont know what made this problem. Today i wrote some text, and tried to copy table from one place to other, but kept the same place in doc (didnt change table). Thats all.

My malwarebytes pro is going nuts with that link you provided.
If you would like me to take a look at the file I would be happy to do so, although I can't promise that I could achieve anything that you haven't so far.
You can just zip it up and attach it to your next post (the zipped version) if you'd like.

Ok, sorry it seems my esset also tell that site is suspicious. I added zipped file, i rode some solutions, it it's the way to delete reason by looking in zipped word, but problem is that i dont know what to delete, what is problem of my document.

Not sure when this corruption took place, but is it possible you have an option in the file properties to recover a "previous version".
Just right click the file and choose properties and check the previous versions tab.
Otherwise if you are good at editing XML documents or have an associate who may have those skills, have a look at a couple links that may help you in what appears that it might be a very difficult problem to resolve manually.
