I have attempted to install the Multitech client software v. 1.06.02 several times. It causes an error. This is a Black Ice Software licensed driver that Multitech uses.

If anybody has experience, I would like your input.

Solution
It sounds like you're encountering an issue while trying to install the Multitech client software version 1.06.02, which includes a Black Ice Software licensed driver. When dealing with driver installations, especially for hardware components, there can often be compatibility or installation issues. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the installation problem with the Multitech client software: 1. Run as Administrator: Try running the installer as an administrator. Right-click on the installer executable and select "Run as administrator" to see if the installation completes without errors. 2. Compatibility Mode: You can also try running the installer in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows...

Right-click on the installer, go to Properties, then Compatibility tab, and select the appropriate Windows version. 3. Check System Requirements: Make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements specified by the Multitech client software. Ensure your operating system version, architecture, and other prerequisites are compatible. 4. Update System and Drivers: Ensure that your Windows operating system and all drivers are up to date. Outdated software can sometimes cause installation issues. 5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, it might be beneficial to reach out to Multitech's support team or check their support documentation for any known issues or troubleshooting steps specific to this software version. If you provide more details about the specific error message you are encountering during the installation, I may be able to offer more tailored assistance in resolving the issue. Feel free to share any error messages or specific details about where the installation process fails.
