Hi Everyone, I'm new here..

My problem is this.. Recently when i play this online game, Dead Frontier MMO, the whole system crashes.. I had no problem with this game previously.. It just suddenly appeared.. I didnt install anything new recently so i cant figure out whats wrong...

Whenever it crashes, i see the line at the top before it restarts writing usbport.sys
Attached is all the stuff needed..
PLS HELP!

Thank you very much in advance!

Solution
Just FYI - it's not unusual to have BSOD's while updating.
And sometimes the BSOD's continue even after the updating - but we'll continue to work on them.

The Driver Verifier memory dump blames WiFi. Please:
- download a fresh copy of the wireless drivers
- un-install the current copy of the wireless drivers from your system.
- install the freshly downloaded wireless drivers
- monitor for further BSOD's

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.

Your video card is disabled:
NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0DF4&SUBSYS_05501025&REV_A1\4&21075178&0&0008 This device is disabled.
Is this deliberate? If so, why?

The memory dumps blame hardware - please start by removing all attached USB devices - then disable any built in USB devices. Do this if the BSOD's continue AFTER updating to SP1

USB 3.0 drivers date from 2010 - please update them from the Acer website

As i was trying to update the drivers and download the needed updates it crashed again with different stuff now.. it says win32k.sys

And another question... the page you directed me to (Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center) required me to download these files (KB2454826, KB2534366, and KB2533552) do i use windows updater or download from windows website? I've tried to download from windows website and it requires me to validate but the tool it supplies cant be used, i get a msg saying that the tool is not up to date and that is the only tool.

I had no idea why the video card is disabled, i enabled it already. Could it possibly because my laptop supports switchable graphics? It will select the graphics needed (between Intel and Nvidia) on its on.

That's possibly the reason for the graphics card being disabled.
I'm not real familiar with switchable graphics.

Can you get updates if you visit Windows Update? If so, visit it repeatedly until you get SP1
If not, post back and I'll direct you to a Windows Update expert.

Just FYI - it's not unusual to have BSOD's while updating.
And sometimes the BSOD's continue even after the updating - but we'll continue to work on them.
