Windows 7 Need Help

How can I configure my dongle using USB serial port on my Win 7 on my computer

espicially configuring USB 232 or " RS232"...
Note : I dont have RS232 por in my computer I only have USB ports...

The pictures explain my problem

Does the RS232 port show in you device manager when you plug it in? Did the USB/RS232 adapter come with a driver disk?

It gives me on control panel>Devices unspecified > USB Serial converter"

the device i have is Dongle for encrypted channels for satelite...

I tried the loader for it but it didnt respond

If it's a driver problem there is a download at the link below which may give you a gneric driver to support the device for Windows 7. Failing that you need to research drivers for your specific device.
