Windows 7 Netbook install problem

I have been trying to install the x86 RC version on my Netbook, a Vye S18.

It went through the installation and various reboots until it said it was finished but now just hangs during the final reboot. I've tried safe mode, VGA 640, boot to command prompt - same thing. It does the Win7 logo and displays Starting Windows, there's a lot of disk activity then it stops. There's no mouse cursor by the way.

I tried with logging on and there's nothing obvious from the logs. There are lots of lines like this in it:
Code:
Did not load driver @netrasa.inf,%mp-pppoe-dispname%;WAN Miniport (PPPOE)
Did not load driver @netrasa.inf,%mp-pptp-dispname%;WAN Miniport (PPTP)
Did not load driver @netsstpa.inf,%mp-sstp-dispname%;WAN Miniport (SSTP)
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Null.SYS
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\Beep.SYS
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\vga.sys
Did not load driver RDPCDD.SYS
Did not load driver RDPENCDD.SYS
Did not load driver RDPREFMP.SYS
and these are the last few lines:

Code:
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\raspptp.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\rassstp.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\rdpbus.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\swenum.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\umbus.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\usbhub.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\BTHUSB.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\rfcomm.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\BthEnum.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\bthpan.sys
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\monitor.sys
Is there anything else I can do during booting or install to try and diagnose the issue? I am assuming its a hardware or driver issue.

I've successfully installed on several other desktops and laptops so the image is good. its just this one giving the problem.
