Windows 10 New Computer

Looking in to buying a new HP Desktop computer in the next few days. But when I look on the Best Buy or Staples web site. I do not see any of the Hp desktop computer with windows 10 on them. Just windows 8.1. Has windows 10 come out yet ? Thank you
