Windows 7 New Language Packs

I got an email from MS and they told me i can download the Dutch Language Pack now here: https://connect.microsoft.com/wintap/Downloads/DownloadDetails.aspx?DownloadID=17871
But i can't login there with my account, can somebody please download the Dutch Language Pack an put it on Rapidshare or Megaupload please?
