Introduction
Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel can now access
Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22635.2483 (KB5031451). This update, delivered through an enablement package, offers gradual feature enhancements and fixes for a smoother user experience.
Noteworthy Changes
- Emoji Update: The introduction of richer emoji using the COLRv1 color font format, first seen in Build 22631.2265, has been temporarily disabled to address underlying issues. This enhancement is set to return in upcoming Beta Channel flights.
- Data Sharing Consent: In the European Economic Area (EEA), Windows now requires explicit consent for data sharing between Windows and other Microsoft services. Failure to provide consent may limit certain Windows features, such as specific file recommendations in the Start menu.

- Search Stability: Resolved an issue causing search to crash during launch in the previous flight for some users.
