Windows 7 No audio devices but still have sound

Windows 7 wont show my audio devices in the audio device manager. I have sound but it wont show it. I have tryed show disabled devices and reinstalling my drivers. I also bought and installed a logitech cam and the mic isnt there ether. There drivers are shown in device manager but not in audio devices.

Do you have Sound, video and game controllers section in the Device manger? Do you have anything listed there?
