Windows 7 No Network Adapter after Hibernation

Hi, when I wake my laptop from hibernate, i have to reinstall my integrated Intel wireless network adapter in order to restore internet connectivity. Anyone else having this issue?

In addition whenever it wakes from hibernation, shutdown hangs at the shutdown screen forever.

Hi, I get almost the same when my pc recovers from hibernate; did not find any solution yet!
But at least you know you're not the only one!
