Windows 7 No search field in windows explorer

Hi ,
I installed Win 7 Build 7100 on 2 of my computers. In one, Windows Explorer has a search field next to the address field and the other computer is missing this search field. How do I enable this search field?

Isn't there one built into the address bar?

Yea, it should definately be there.

Did you do a "clean" install and was it the RC directly from MS?

Does the address bar extent all the way across the top?
