K Kyle New Member Joined Feb 7, 2008 Jan 26, 2009 #3 WinFS is not a new file system, it's only a way of indexing data. NTFS is the only filesystem supported for the Windows 7 OS. (Meaning it can read/write FAT and FAT32, but not install to them)
