Windows 7 ntoskrn.exe and ntfs.sys drivers causing crash?

I've read through a few threads on this subject but it seems as though the solution is always specific to each computer. I'm experiencing BSOD on a Dell Adamo Laptop, 4GB RAM and Intel Core 2 Duo CPU L9600 @ 2.13 GHz. I have Norton Antivirus installed (upgraded when I thought older version was causing problem) and a Logitech mouse (Anywhere MX), changed when I though Logictech Bluetooth was causing the problem. I have all powersave modes shut off and screensaver shut off. I'm getting a consistent "sidebyside" error related Adobe incompatibility issue with 32 and 64 bit version (their error, no patch or workaround yet).

I have checked the disk and the RAM. No problem.

I used the BlueScreenView tool to look at some dump files (attached) and noted reference to ntoskrn.exe and ntfs.sys but can't find repair instructions specific to my situation.

I've attached the dumps. Any help appreciated! Why does MS make everything so hard!!View attachment 120510-11044-01.zip

The blue screens have been caused by hard disk and by memory corruption:

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffff6fc40009bc8, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: ffffffffc000000e, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 0000000136f6e860, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: fffff880013791e0, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)

Thanks so much for your detailed response. I was able to complete almost all the suggested changes except for updating some drivers (details below). If you have any advice on that or any more information based on the reports I have uploaded that would be great. I appreciate your time.

Sounds good. Should crashes reoccur, attach CPU-Z memory tab too.

I'm hoping it was the virus scanner. I also had problems with Ad-Aware when I first got the machine and took that off immediately. I had the SSD replaced by Dell while it was still under warranty. Not surprisingly the problems started all over again. It seems like the Dell techs only know how to troubleshoot by re-installing the OS and/or replacing the hard drive.

I've attached the CPU-Z memory tab that was taken before I made the changes for reference. Will follow-up with it a fresh version if I start experiencing problems. Thanks again for your help.

You didn't attach the memory tab, the one you did is CPU, not memory. Should a bsod happen again, attach the tab.

My mistake. I think this is the correct one, which was created before the changes were completed.

Set right, 1066Mhz 7-7-7-20.

Sorry, I don't know how to do that. I tried making a change in the CPU-Z interface, replacing the 533.3 MHz with the value above but it will not allow me to edit. Is there another tool to do this? Do I need to make this change in the BIOS? Thanks.

Lol, by "Set right, 1066Mhz 7-7-7-20." I mean your RAM is currently set right, do not change anything. : )

Unfortunately it has crashed again.

It is not unusual for a system with so many outdated drivers as in your case.
