Windows 7 OLE server isn't registered

I get this error when trying to create a new data access page in MS Access 2003:
OLE Server is not registered
To register the OLE server, reinstall it.

Now, I have no idea what that is but it's halting progress that is wasting precious time.

yes i find this problem and with access 2007 sp2 the only way i find is to run access in compability mode vista and everything ok

Tepi, the solution provided at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/896865 still doesn't work on my Pc. Running Office 2003 32 bit on Window 7 64 bit OS.
