Windows 7 Overclocking Help

My problem is my memory is defaulting to 1333 in the bios I have changed it to 1600 but in windos it is only coming up at like 800 mhz not 1333 or 1600 so i want to get my memory to 1600

Here are my specs
Motherboard: Asus Crosshiar 3 Formula
CPU: AMD Phenom II 965 3.4 Ghz
Memory: 4GB GSKILL DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL
Video Card: ATI HD 4850 1GB

check out this thread I found as I'm pretty sure your seeing the same thing..
